Labor Day Closure, Pay online with ePay, & Ride for Economic Justice w/ Peace Peloton
Labor Day Closure: We will be closed, Mon, Sept 7th
The entire clinic will be closed on Monday September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Dr. Vivian will also be taking a well deserved vacation from Monday September 7th through Thursday September 10th. She will be back in the office for adjustments on Friday, September 11th!
A message to our chiropractic patients: we encourage you to please schedule your chiropractic appointments in advanced with at least 1 business day of anticipation. Dr. Vivian’s schedule has been quite full and same day appointments are rarely available.
Schedule ahead for your next adjustment here!
Reminder: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations in order to ensure that we are able to help as many patients as possible! Patients who do not give 24 hours notice, must pay a $45 late cancellation fee (unless their late cancellation is due to illness or other COVID-19 related concerns).
Please remember: If you have experience ONE OR MORE of the following symptoms in the last 3 days: (fever, shortness of breath, nasal secretion, or coughing), we ask that you contact us to cancel your appointment and contact the King County Novel Coronavirus Call Center at 206-477-3977 between 8 am to 7 PM PST.
Reminder: ePay invoices will be going out today (check your emails/texts for a link to pay your current balance online).
Please contact us ASAP if you are experiencing financial hardship and we will create a payment/deferment plan that fits your needs.
Local Social Justice Spotlight: Peace Peloton
Peace Peloton has a coordinated ride series meant to increase support for local Black-owned businesses. The rides start at a Black-owned business (often a coffeeshop or other restaurant) where attendees can fuel up.
For those interested in joining the next ride on September 5th from Ravenna to White Center (and future rides), check the Peace Peloton website for more information. Here are some pictures Dr. Viv took from the last Peace Peloton Ride.
