Emails to Look Out For: Links to pay online
As of March 1st of this year, our clinic has switched to a new system called Jane App. We now send bills monthly via email to your email on file for patients with balances on their accounts.
For those of you who were last seen at our Eastlake location (2946 Eastlake Ave E Seattle WA 98122), you will be receiving a bill from "Madrona Chiropractic Studio" instead of our former name "Alliance Healing Arts". We are sending out bills for chiropractic care and massage care. If you are unsure what the bill is for, simply click the "PAY" button and you will be taken to a summary of your charges, dates of services, and balance.
If you have a balance when we send bills, you will receive an email with a link to pay online (example email below)
By clicking "PAY" you can either add a card (or use your card on file) to pay for your bill in full or simply view a summary of your charges and balance (example below).
If you'd like to pay only a portion of your bill and/or you'd like to set up a payment plan, please call/text us at 206-632-5500 or email us at info@madronachiropracticstudio.com.
