Treatment Spotlight: Chiro for Pregnancy & Post-Partum
Dr. Vivian sees women in all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. If they are new to chiropractic they generally start feeling very uncomfortable after 20 weeks. Typically their doctor or doula recommends chiropractic, physical therapy and massage. The results are dramatic and can help the rest of the pregnancy be so much more comfortable.
Post partum physical demands are another reason to seek care. Nursing, car seat carrying and restless nights are more reasons for self care.
Don't forget the parent partner. They need as much TLC!
Looking for a doula? A patient of ours recommends Lana Stewart. Here's the link to Lana's website for more information!

Mad Ritual's CBD balms are a HIT with our patients and staff. Our office manager Chuy applies the eucalyptus balm to their upper spine and wrists at night to relieve aches and pains from working at home. Works like a charm!
